Conscient Hines Elevate

Hines and Conscient Infrastructure Private Limited are developing Elevate, a premium residential project in Gurgaon. The project is Hines’ first residential venture in India. Conscient Infrastructure will be the developer while Hines will serve as investment manager and advisor.

Conveniently located in an exclusive enclave on Golf Course Extension Road, in Sector 59, Elevate will be a differentiated, high-quality development that will offer 556 for-sale apartments ranging from approximately 2,100 square feet to 3,400 square feet.

Designed by Ricardo E. Bofill, Principal Chief Designer, RBTA, the apartment units will be offered in multiple three- and four-bedroom floorplans with high-end amenities. The apartments will feature panoramic views, sliding doors facing north and south for best views, maximum daylight, energy efficiency and winter sun; expansive bedrooms and living spaces to maximize efficiency and space; large balconies that will be a natural extension of the living rooms; and spacious, modern kitchens.

Luxury amenities include a unique, underground parking experience with natural light and exclusive drop-off and pick-up zones; themed landscaping; an inward looking stone clad arcade that weaves the residential blocks together and creates a shaded walkway for residents; a classical British-style clubhouse with high ceilings, social lounge, poolside leisure and fine dining; and a cascading water fall that drops into a suppressed pool. Elevate will also feature a gymnasium with a temperature-controlled lap pool and multiple wellness activities.

Construction commenced in May 2019. Phase 1 of the project was completed in 2024, while Phase 2 is anticipated to be completed in 2025.
